Healthy Grocery List


(I know some of these are misspelled! I was in a rush lol)

Some people may not realize that what you eat is a big deal of how healthy your skin looks. 

STRAWBERRIES & WATERMELON- help keep skin clear and hydrated 

LEMONS- for Lemon Water duhhh! lol

GREEK YOGURT- to make smoothies! Check out my blueberry smoothie recipe HERE

BLUEBERRIES- for my BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

CLIFF BARS- Awesome snack!!!

BROCCOLI- One of my favorite veggies

PEANUT BUTTER- great for protein and to include in smoothies
